Pricing and Availability

CTS is one of the most reasonably priced IP Docketing Systems available. It is available in four Editions, and is licensed by the number of users that can simultaneously log on to the database.

The Standard Trademark Edition, which tracks U.S. Trademark applications, Madrid Protocol applications, Trademark Opposition/Cancellation cases, Foreign Trademark applications, State Trademark applications, Copyrights, Licenses, Trade Secrets, Clients, Contacts, etc. is $1,695 for a single user system.

The Standard Patent Edition, which tracks U.S. Patent applications, PCT Applications, Foreign Patent applications, Copyrights, Licenses, Trade Secrets, Clients, Contacts, etc. is $1,695 for a single user system.

The Professional Edition, which includes the Standard Trademark and Standard Patent Editions, is $1,995 for a single user system.

The Corporate Edition, which includes the Professional Edition, also tracks Invention Disclosures, Outside Counsel, Case Cost and Inventor Awards, is $2,295 for a single user system.

Each additional simultaneous logon is $500.

Telephone support and maintenance updates to the current Version of CTS, including form updates and including a discount on new Versions of CTS, is $695 for the Corporate Professional and Professional Editions, $595 for the Standard Patent Edition, and $345 for the Standard Trademark Edition, for one year or 25 support requests, whichever occurs first.

The Import Option, which allows you to import data from other systems, is $495 (please call for details on how the import is performed).

Additional User's Guide manuals are $75 each.
