Contact Management
CTS includes a contact management feature that allows you to create a contact record and connect it to a case, connect it to a client, connect it to a person, or create it independently of these.
The contact management feature allows you to identify the person contacted, the date and time of the contact (automatically generated, but you can change them), the phone and e-mail of the person contacted, ten FlexFields to allow you to organize additional data, and a notes field for the substance of the meeting or phone call.
You can calendar reminders from each contact record, and these will print on your reminder list. If you connect the contact to a case, the reminders are also displayed each time the case is displayed.
All the fields on the contact screen are searchable and can be printed on reports, including the FlexFields.
