The CTS Corporate Professional Edition is designed for a Corporate IP Legal Department

The CTS Professional Edition is primarily designed for use in an IP Law department of a corporation, although many law firms also purchase this Edition so they can track additional information for their corporate clients..

The Corporate Professional Edition tracks everything that is tracked by the Professional Edition and it also tracks Invention Disclosures, Outside Counsel assigned to prosecute a case, Case Cost information and Inventor Awards.

This Edition of IP/CTS also tracks Client information, including information on people within the client organization, and it has a Contact Management feature.

CTS automatically reminds you of most dates for cases, and you can set the time for each reminder. You can also add any reminders to any case you like. You can even add reminders for non-case related items, such as paying taxes, or your mother's birthday. You can also have CTS display the list of Current Reminders each time you start CTS

CTS allows you to search on any field in the database, search using text or dates, including date ranges, and search using different types of comparison (i.e., equal, greater, etc.). You can also search any FlexFields defined.

CTS allows you to print forms and reports from a Forms Library.
