Tracks General Cases

CTS tracks General Intellectual Property cases, and has an unlimited number of Actions for each case. Each Action contains a date received, a date scheduled, and a date completed. Each Action also contains a description of the action item due and a notes field.

CTS also tracks an unlimited number of Reminder Items for each General case. You can also create Reminder Rules for General cases, and CTS provides ten FlexFields for each General case, as well as ten Common FlexFields for each case.

CTS tracks any number of Electronic Files associated with the case
