Tracks Licensing Cases

CTS tracks Licensing cases, including tracking each individual intellectual property that is licensed with each case, and an unlimited number of Actions for each license case. Each Action contains a date received, a date scheduled, and a date completed. Each Action also contains a description of the action item due and a notes field.

The Corporate Edition also tracks Royalties for each License. It tracks each royalty due, the date due, the date paid, to total royalty due, and the total royalty paid. It also contains a category field, so you can categorize the royalties by type.

CTS also tracks an unlimited number of Reminder Items for each case. You can also create Reminder Rules for cases, and CTS provides ten FlexFields for each case, as well as ten Common FlexFields for each case.

CTS tracks any number of Electronic Files associated with the case
