Tracks Office Actions

CTS tracks Office Actions for U.S. Patent cases, PCT cases, Foreign Patent cases, U.S. Trademark cases, State Trademark cases, Foreign Trademark cases, and Copyright cases.

For each Office Action, CTS tracks the date the Office Action was mailed, the date received, the date a response is due, the last possible date to file a response, the date the response was filed, and the date the response was received by the office.

CTS automatically sets the response date for the office action, and for U.S. Patent office actions, the date is set differently for final office actions.

CTS also tracks the type of response sent for the Office Action.

CTS will also track the prior art received with the Office Action.
