Tracks PCT Cases, including Chapter I and Chapter II dates

CTS tracks patent applications through Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) processing.

CTS Tracks all Chapter I dates and automatically creates the dates based on the filing date and the priority date, including the Article 19 amendment date.

CTS also tracks all the Chapter II dates, if you elect to file the demand for PCT Chapter II, including the Article 34 amendment date.

The CTS forms library includes the Request and Demand forms, as well as over 20 other PCT related forms. As with all other forms in CTS, CTS fills out the data in the form for you.

The PCT screen includes an additional screen that shows a timeline graph of the case, indicating the state of all items due using colors, wherein Red is used for missed dates, Yellow is used for dates due within a month, and Green indicates dates due beyond one month.

CTS also tracks an unlimited number of Reminder Items for each PCT case. You can also create Reminder Rules for PCT cases, and CTS provides ten FlexFields for each PCT case.
