The Intellectual Property / Case Tracking System is a very powerful system for docketing your dates within an Intellectual Property Law Practice, General IP Law Practice, or Corporate IP Legal Department. FlexTrac Systems, Inc. is very proud of the quality of the product and has spent a great deal of time trying to make it intuitive to use. If, however, there is something you cannot figure out how to do, we suggest you consult the User's Guide and Reference Manual or the on-line Help system. The Help system can be accessed by clicking the Help button on any screen.
Telephone Support
For the first 30 days after you receive CTS, or if you have purchased the Extended Support, we will provide telephone support to help you set up your system and to assist you in understanding the features of CTS.
Extended Support
An extended support option, available on an annual basis, provides telephone support and new releases of the Version of CTS you purchased. These releases provide fixes for existing problems and updates to the forms, such as when fees change. This support also includes a discount on the purchase of new Versions of CTS.
