Tracks State Trademark Cases

CTS tracks State Trademark applications through the Trademark Office (typically the secretary of state) of each state in which you file a case.

CTS tracks the state filing date, the state application number, and the date of first use in the state. It also tracks the registration date, the registration number in the state, and renewals due before and after the trademark issues in the state.

CTS also tracks your local counsel in the state, including their docket number for the case and the particular attorney handling the case for you.
