Tracks Trade Secret Cases

CTS tracks Trade Secret cases, including tracking the people who have had access to each trade secret, and when they last had access to the trade secret.

Trade Secret tracking can be used to track Non-Disclosure Agreements, also called Confidential Disclosure Agreements, including tracking who within your organization has had access to the trade secrets covered by the Agreement. It can also track trade secret information given to another organization, and track the people in that organization who have had access to the trade secret information.

CTS also tracks an unlimited number of Reminder Items for each Trade Secret case. You can also create Reminder Rules for Trade Secret cases, and CTS provides ten FlexFields for each Trade Secret case, as well as ten Common FlexFields for each case.
